Reason Sam has to leave

I was surprised when we signed Sam - didnt think the owners would appoint a manager who was so far away from what the fans wanted but wanted to get behind whoever was in charge, and upto the start of this season I have been of the oppinion that Sam isnt as bad as his reputation!
But by the start if this season my patience has run out - being forced to play players he didnt want in formations he doesnt like playing has found a winning streak that has seen us up the top of the table, still he wants to tinker with the side to put his favourites in - which is anything has caused us to drop points - while Sam will claim the credit for our good start to the season it is really down to the backroom staff and the board.
With news that Zarate (a striker who scores loads of goals) is going to QPR and reports we are going in for Ishak Belfodil (a striker who is well known for not scoring any goals) who is more of a Sam type striker enough is enough, I could understand the board waiting to the end os the season but at the end we need a new manager - just watch Zarate light up QPR!!!

I don't think Valencia knows whether he is coming or going nowadays. He's either on the bench,or if he starts,he rarely finishes. Ditto Amalfitano,a very clever player who can last 90 minutes easily if given the chance.
Future results I'm sure will resolve the situation with Allardyce,but you can be sure,if he's given and accepts another two year extension,his arrogance will know no boundary and relations between him and the fans will be fraught to say the least.

Beating Man City with Valencia and Sakho in attack was our last brilliant performance...
Yeah, we've won a few games still since then but some of them have been proper scrappy...

We're still in a good place at the start of the year.
Who wouldn't have taken this at the start of the Season, despite our flirtation with forth spot.

Yep, I think so too. And to be fair, despite how frustrating he is at times, he has done enough to see us into OS. Or put another way, he has not fvcked up enough to not get an extension.........(well yet anyway) :-)

Sullivan signed some good players this summer but he is shit at signing managers. No guarantee we get someone better in.
I think 4 years is enough tho and am fine with moving on from Sam on a high note.
We are a good manager and 2-3 top class players away from being a team that has a shot at winning the league. I'll take the chance on someone else after this season.

4th, 5th, 6th don't really matter. We are in a non relegation spot and would have grabbed that with both hands
pre-season. The fact is that the all round running of the footbal club is better than it has been for many years. The truth is that we honestly are not a top four side yet but we are heading that way under this regime. Be patient and we will get there.
There are people on here that would still be shouting for the managers head even if we were top of the league and they are only deluding themselves about the abysmal record of the club over the past thirty years.
